Contact Us
We built Fraction Calculator so students, parents, teachers, and anyone working with measurements can solve fractions and see every step. If something on the site doesn’t work, or you have an idea to improve it, we want to hear from you. A real person reads every message.
How to reach us
- Email: [email protected]
- Contact form: use the form below. It comes straight to our inbox.
What you can contact us about
- A wrong or unexpected answer. Accuracy is the whole point of a fraction calculator, so we prioritize these reports.
- A bug or display problem, such as a box that won’t accept input, a layout that breaks on your phone, or steps that don’t load.
- A feature request, for example, a new operation, another answer format, or a calculator for a related topic.
- An error in our explanations. If a rule, example, or definition on any page looks wrong, tell us where.
- Privacy questions about the data the site collects. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
- Business or partnership enquiries.
Reporting a wrong answer
We can only fix a problem we can repeat. Please include:
- The exact numbers you entered, including any whole-number part and minus signs (for example, −2 3⁄4 + 1/2).
- The operation you chose (+, −, × or ÷).
- The answer the calculator showed.
- The answer you expected, and how you worked it out if you can.
- Your device and browser (for example, iPhone with Safari, or Windows laptop with Chrome).
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
Before you send it, try the problem once more. Check that you typed the numbers in the right boxes and that the answer isn’t simply in a different form. 6/8, 3/4 and 0.75 are the same value written three ways.
When you’ll hear back
We reply to most messages within 2 business days. Reports of wrong answers are checked first. If we confirm a problem, we fix it and let you know.
What we can’t help with
We can’t solve individual homework or test questions by email. The calculator already shows the full working for each problem, and our guides explain each method step by step. For ongoing help, a teacher or tutor is the best next step.
Students and privacy
Please don’t send passwords, home addresses, school names, or other personal details you don’t need to share. If you’re a student under 13, ask a parent, guardian or teacher to send the message for you. We use the details you send only to reply to you and to fix the problem you report.
How we handle corrections
When someone reports an error in a calculation or an explanation, we check it against authoritative math sources, such as the Common Core State Standards and standard textbooks. If the page is wrong, we correct it and update it.
Thanks for helping keep the fraction calculator accurate. Every report makes it more reliable for the next person who uses it.
